(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “Arkansas Military War Veterans Monument Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of gifts, grants, and donations from individuals and organizations.
(c) The fund shall be used exclusively for constructing and erecting a military war veterans monument as provided in § 22-3-219.
