(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “Division of Environmental Quality Fee Trust Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in:(1) Section 19-42-201(104), there to be used to defray the costs of operating the Division of Environmental Quality as set out in §§ 8-1-101 — 8-1-107; and(2) Section 8-6-607(b), there to be used for the administrative support of the Compliance Advisory Panel.
