Social Innovation Fund

Ark. Code Ann. § 19-26-316 — under Trust Funds.

Ark. Code Ann. § 19-26-316

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “Social Innovation Fund”.

(b) The fund shall consist of:(1) Any loans, investments, or other amounts received by the Division of Community Correction under the Pay-for-Success Act, § 12-27-201 et seq.;(2) Grants made by any person or United States Government agency and(3) Any other funds authorized or provided by law.

(c) The fund shall be used by the division to make any payments required under the Pay-for-Success Act, § 12-27-201 et seq.
