(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Solid Waste Performance Bond Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of all forfeitures collected under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq.
(c) The fund shall be used only to accomplish remedial action, including closure of lands covered by performance bonds forfeited under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq.
