(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Fund”.
(b) The Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Fund shall consist of:(1) Those moneys transferred or deposited from the State Administration of Justice Fund;(2) General revenue that is transferred from the Behavioral Health Services Fund Account;(3) Federal reimbursement received on account of eligible expenditures; and(4) Other funds as may be provided by law.
