(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Building Authority Division Maintenance Fund”.
(b) (1) The fund shall consist of all moneys received in connection with the leasing, management, and operation of building facilities and lands belonging to or managed by the Building Authority Division.(2) The moneys received by the division are declared to be nonrevenue receipts.

(c) The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of lands, buildings, and facilities that may be acquired by the division.
