(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Trial Expense Assistance Fund”.
(b) The Trial Expense Assistance Fund shall consist of moneys transferred to it from the Miscellaneous Revolving Fund.
(c) The Trial Expense Assistance Fund shall be used to pay for reimbursement of costs incurred in certain trials as set out in § 16-92-109.
