(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Office of State Technology Revolving Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of:(1) Nonrevenue receipts derived from services provided to various agencies of the federal, state, city, and county governments; and(2) Any other moneys that may be provided by law.

(c) The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Office of State Technology as provided in the Arkansas Information Systems Act of 1997, § 25-4-101 et seq.
