(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Major Industry Facilities Incentive Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those moneys transferred from the General Revenue Fund Account.
(c) The fund shall be used for making payments to state agencies or political subdivisions as provided in the Major Industry Facilities Incentive Act, § 15-4-1801 et seq.
