(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Emergency Medical Services Revolving Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those funds that may be made available.
(c) The fund shall be administered by the Department of Health as provided in the Emergency Medical Services Revolving Fund Act, § 20-13-101.
