(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Wastewater Licensing Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of examination, license, and license renewal fees as set out in § 8-5-209.
(c) The fund shall be used only for the administration of § 8-5-201 et seq.
