(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Information Network of Arkansas Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of all moneys received by the Information Network of Arkansas from gifts, donations, grants, or any other sources available by law.
(c) The fund shall be used as provided in the Information Network of Arkansas Act, § 25-27-101 et seq.
