(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Arkansas Counties Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Crime Prevention Program Fund”.
(b) The Arkansas Counties Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Crime Prevention Program Fund shall consist of those moneys transferred or deposited from the State Administration of Justice Fund, and nonrefundable administrative bail bond fees collected under § 17-19-301(f)(1).
(c) The Arkansas Counties Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Crime Prevention Program Fund shall be used exclusively for the establishment and operation of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, and crime prevention programs, and other related purposes in the counties.
