(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Breast Cancer Research Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of:(1) Twenty percent (20%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(192);(2) That portion of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(201); and(3) Those general revenues that may be provided by law.
(1) Twenty percent (20%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(192);
(2) That portion of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(201); and
(3) Those general revenues that may be provided by law.
(c) The fund shall be used exclusively as provided in § 20-15-1303.
