(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Fund”.
(b) The fund shall be used for retaining, recruiting, and attracting competent science, technology, engineering, and math teachers by providing industry-competitive income to certified, qualified teachers who teach science, technology, engineering, and math subjects.
(c) The fund's balance shall not be reclaimed at the end of the biennium but shall be carried forward for the same use in subsequent years.
