(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Water and Sewer Treatment Facilities Grant Program Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of any revenues authorized by law.
(c) The fund shall be used by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission to award grants under the Water and Sewer Treatment Facilities Grant Program established in § 25-43-203.
