(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Division of Correction Farm Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(42).
(c) The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Division of Correction's farming operations.
(d) Any surplus accruing in the fund, upon determination of that surplus, shall be transferred to the Division of Correction Inmate Care and Custody Fund Account.
