(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Poultry and Egg Grading Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of that portion of those special revenues derived from the poultry and egg industry as specified in § 19-42-201(34).
(c) The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement required by the poultry and egg grading programs, in carrying out the functions, powers, and duties as set out in § 2-33-101 et seq., or other duties imposed by law upon the Department of Agriculture.
