(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Office of Hazardous Materials Emergency Management Revolving Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(115).
(c) The fund shall be used for:(1) The operations of the State Office of Hazardous Materials Emergency Management; and(2) The enforcement of the Arkansas HAZMAT Emergency Management Act, § 12-84-101 et seq.
