(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(61) and (101).
(c) The fund shall be used for the construction, maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in § 13-5-401 et seq., and for paying the expenses of administering such funds by the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism as may be authorized by law.
