(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Manufactured Home Standards Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(102).
(c) The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in the Arkansas Manufactured Homes Standards Act, § 20-25-101 et seq.
