Ark. Code Ann. § 19-43-223 — under Special Revenues Funds.

Ark. Code Ann. § 19-43-223

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Veterinary Examiners Fund”.

(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(95).

(c) The fund shall be used:(1) For the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Arkansas Board of Animal Health in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in the Arkansas Veterinary Medical Practice Act, § 17-101-101 et seq.; and(2) To fund:(A) The Agri Scholarship Program created under § 25-38-212 and administered by the Department of Agriculture, with deposits to the Agri Scholarship Program Fund in the amount of up to thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) per year; and(B) The Rural Veterinary Student Scholarship Program, § 17-101-205.

(2) To fund:(A) The Agri Scholarship Program created under § 25-38-212 and administered by the Department of Agriculture, with deposits to the Agri Scholarship Program Fund in the amount of up to thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) per year; and(B) The Rural Veterinary Student Scholarship Program, § 17-101-205.
