(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Arkansas Beef Council Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(113).
(c) The fund shall be used in such manner as the Arkansas Beef Council deems appropriate for Arkansas beef promotion and research and for the operation and maintenance of the council office and payment of expenses of the council members as set out in § 2-35-301 et seq.
