(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Arkansas Wine Producers Council Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of all funds as may be authorized by law.
(c) The fund shall be used for promoting the Arkansas native wine industry, as directed by the Arkansas Wine Producers Council and as provided in § 3-5-701 et seq.
