(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Asbestos Control Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of the special revenues specified in § 19-42-201(130) and any other revenues authorized by law.
(c) The fund shall be used to administer and enforce a program for licensing contractors engaged in the removal of friable asbestos materials from facilities by the Division of Environmental Quality under §§ 20-27-1001 — 20-27-1007.
