(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Nursing Home Personnel Training Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(138).
(c) The fund shall be used by the Office of Long-Term Care of the Division of Medical Services of the Department of Human Services for development and implementation of training programs as provided in § 20-10-401 et seq.
