(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Regulated Substance Storage Tank Program Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of:(1) Those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(153);(2) Federal funds; and(3) Any state matching funds as may be provided by the General Assembly.

(3) Any state matching funds as may be provided by the General Assembly.
(c) The fund shall be used for the administration of the regulated substance storage tank program as provided in § 8-7-801 et seq.
