(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “HVACR Licensing Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(160).
(c) The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) Licensing and Inspection program of the Department of Health as provided in § 17-33-201 et seq.
