State Securities Department Fund

Ark. Code Ann. § 19-43-261 — under Special Revenues Funds.

Ark. Code Ann. § 19-43-261

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “State Securities Department Fund”.

(b) The fund shall consist of:(1) The first two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-42-201(173), (174), (245), and (259); and(2) Such other funds as may be provided by law or regulatory action.

(c) The fund shall be used for maintenance, operation, support, and improvement of the State Securities Department in carrying out its functions, powers, and duties as set out by law and by rules not inconsistent with law, as set out in § 23-42-211.
