(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Department of Agriculture Law Enforcement Fund”.
(b) The fund shall consist of:(1) The fines collected under § 15-31-113(b) and § 15-31-114; and(2) Any other revenues as may be authorized by law.

(c) All fines and penalties resulting from arrests made or citations issued by Department of Agriculture law enforcement officers deposited into the fund shall be used exclusively by the department in carrying out the department’s law enforcement functions, powers, and duties as provided by law.
