(1) As used in this subchapter, “public funds” means without limitation funds of:(1) The State of Arkansas, or any agency, department, board, commission, or instrumentality thereof;(2) A political subdivision of the State of Arkansas, or an agency thereof;(3) A school board or school district;(4) An improvement or other taxing or assessing district;(5) A public corporation or authority created by or recognized by the State of Arkansas, or any political subdivision thereof; and(6) A receiver appointed under § 14-62-104.
