Operation of other laws

Unless displaced by the particular provisions of this chapter, the principles of law and equity, including the Uniform Commercial Code, § 4-1-101 et seq., of this state, the law merchant, and law relative to capacity to contract, agency, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake, or bankruptcy supplement this chapter.
