Ark. Code Ann. § 19-64-102

An employee or nonemployee who knowingly violates this chapter is guilty of an unclassified felony and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or shall be imprisoned not less than one (1) nor more than five (5) years, or shall be punished by both.
