The Secretary of the Department of Human Services may transfer from the Department of Human Services federal funds as designated by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State to the appropriate state fund account those federal funds recovered as reimbursement for indirect costs that are not required to be transferred to the Constitutional Officers Fund or the State Central Services Fund pursuant to this subchapter.
