(1) The State Plant Board shall carry out and enforce the provisions of this subchapter and is empowered to:(1) Promulgate rules;(2) Carry out necessary inspections;(3) Appoint and fix the duties of personnel; and(4) Provide such equipment as may be necessary to enforce the provisions hereof.
