(1) As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Board” means the State Plant Board;(2) “Person” means individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, or two (2) or more individuals having a joint or common interest; and(3) “Seed” means any agricultural seeds or plants used to produce a crop.
