(a) The Arkansas Board of Animal Health shall from time to time select from its membership a Chair of the Arkansas Board of Animal Health and a vice chair.

(b) (1) The board shall adopt and may modify rules for the conduct of its business and shall keep a record of its transactions, findings, and determinations, which shall be public.(2) Meetings of the board shall be called by the chair or by four (4) members of the board.

(c) (1) A majority of the membership of the board shall constitute a quorum.(2) A majority vote of those members present shall be required for any action of the board.

(d) The Governor may remove a member of the board before the expiration of his or her term for cause only, after notice and a hearing in accordance with §§ 25-17-210 and 25-17-211.

(e) All meetings shall be open to the public.
