(a) The Arkansas Board of Animal Health is authorized to adopt appropriate rules regarding the isolation or quarantine of infected, exposed, or suspected infected livestock or poultry.
(b) Any person or entity who violates the quarantine rules lawfully promulgated by the board shall be subject to an administrative penalty.
