(a) All blood samples submitted for official equine infectious anemia tests must be accompanied by a properly completed VS Form 10-11 (Equine Infectious Anemia Laboratory Test Form) or other form prescribed by the Department of Agriculture.
(b) Proof of a negative equine infectious anemia test may be demonstrated through presentation of:(1) The original test record document;(2) An official electronic copy, as defined by the Arkansas Board of Animal Health; and(3) Other forms as may be prescribed by the board.
