(a) (1) Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter or rules lawfully promulgated under this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation.(2) Upon conviction, that person shall be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for the first offense and not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent offense.

(1) Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter or rules lawfully promulgated under this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation.

(2) Upon conviction, that person shall be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for the first offense and not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent offense.

(b) Each day that the person performs home healthcare services after a first conviction shall be considered a subsequent offense.
