(1) The Director of the Division of Health Facilities Services may deny, suspend, or revoke licensure on any of the following grounds:(1) Violation of this subchapter or the rules lawfully promulgated under this subchapter; and(2) Permitting, aiding, or abetting the commission of any unlawful act in connection with the operation of the home healthcare services agency.
