(a) A person may challenge the completeness or accuracy of criminal history information pursuant to § 12-12-1013.
(b) The Emergency Medical Services Advisory Committee shall follow the established procedures for applicants to challenge determinations in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq., as stated in the Rules for Emergency Medical Services, 20 CAR pt. 81.
