Ark. Code Ann. § 20-15-1404

(1) The Department of Health may evaluate any or all of the following:(1) The research on osteoporosis being conducted within the state;(2) The available technical assistance, educational materials, and osteoporosis programs nationwide;(3) The level of public and professional awareness about osteoporosis;(4) The needs of osteoporosis patients, their families, and their caregivers;(5) The needs of healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and managed care organizations, in regard to caring for the osteoporosis patient;(6) The services available to the osteoporosis patient;(7) The existence of osteoporosis treatment programs;(8) The existence of osteoporosis support groups; and(9) The existence of rehabilitation services for osteoporosis patients.
