(a) The Division of Emergency Management shall disburse grant funds to eligible counties which have satisfactorily fulfilled the requirements of the cooperative agreement as set out in § 20-21-503.
(b) If sufficient grant funds are available, the division shall remit a minimum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to each of the eligible counties.
