(a) The chief executive officer of the county shall provide the Division of Emergency Management a progress report at least annually or as required by the division.
(b) The progress report required under subsection (a) of this section shall contain without limitation:(1) A detailed statement of the expenditure of grant funds; and(2) A narrative report on the status of the county's ability to implement its radiological response plan.
