(a) Every manufacturer, owner, or user of a boiler or unfired pressure vessel in use or to be used in any part of the state and subject to inspection by the Boiler Inspection Section, as provided by this chapter, shall report to the Boiler Inspection Section the location of the boiler or unfired pressure vessel at such times and in such manner and form as may be determined by the rules of the Boiler Inspection Section.

(b) Any owner, user, or agent of the owner of any boiler or unfired pressure vessel subject to inspection by the Boiler Inspection Section, as provided in this chapter, who shall fail to report its location to the Boiler Inspection Section shall be subject to an administrative fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100).
