(a) The following fees shall be paid before permits may be issued for the installation of any boiler or unfired pressure vessel:(1) Boilers:(A) Up to 200 horsepower, incl. $25.00(B) Over 200 horsepower $45.00(2) Unfired pressure vessels, including hot water storage containers $30.00

(b) The fee paid for the issuance of a permit for the installation of pressure piping shall be one hundred dollars ($100).
