(a) The Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing or his or her designee shall consult the State Fire Marshal regarding the adoption of any rules.
(b) The Division of Labor and the State Fire Marshal shall cooperate and coordinate their activities in order to avoid duplication of services.
