(a) It is a violation of this chapter for any person to offer for sale in this state or sell to persons located in this state any contaminated or adulterated tobacco product, vapor product, alternative nicotine product, or e-liquid product.
(b) A tobacco product, vapor product, alternative nicotine product, or e-liquid product in this state is contaminated or adulterated if the product:(1) Consists in whole or in part of any filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance;(2) Contains any added poisonous or deleterious substance that may render the product injurious to public health; or(3) Does not have an approved certification as required in § 20-65-202.
