(1) Beginning no later than May 1, 2022, the Department of Human Services shall not exercise the state option to provide exemptions to the work requirement as authorized under 7 U.S.C. § 2015(o)(6), as it existed on January 1, 2021, except to an individual:(1) Currently in foster care; or(2) Residing in a domestic violence shelter.
(1) Currently in foster care; or
(2) Residing in a domestic violence shelter.
